Savannah, Georgia Fall Elopement at Wormsloe | Julie + Steven
My best friend got married in Savannah and I had the honor of not only photographing but officiating and doing some video as well. I couldn’t be more happy for these two. They are some of the most supportive and loving friends I have. Plus they make cute kids! Juniper and Aspen came along and were the only guests we had at their elopement.
We all stayed and got ready at the cutest cottage style Air Bnb in downtown Savannah.
After everyone was dressed, Julie and Steven held their first look in the yard in front of the girls.
The yard was such a perfect private place to hold their quiet ceremony.
Because I officiated and did video during their ceremony, we did portraits right after.
After ceremony, we went to take photos at Wormsloe Historic Site.
Such a perfect day to share with my best friend so we had to snap us, of course :-)
We continued on to downtown Savannah where we grabbed drinks, walked around in wedding attire, and enjoyed the gorgeous Fall weather.
However, someone (not going to call anyone out) was getting sleepy. I WONDER WHO…
Sunset in downtown Savannah along the cobblestone and brick streets felt like a movie.
If you’re thinking of eloping in Savannah, consider the Fall months. It’s cooler than the hot summer months and the beach nearby is less crowded.
You can always add ghost tours around Halloween in this famed spooky town as part of your elopement adventures!
If you’re interested in adding video or officiating to your wedding, send me an email!
Cheers to my faves!! xo
