What are your rates/packages?

Answer:

All pricing can be found on the Investment page found at the top navigation! However, I’m always flexible to make something right for you. For weddings, there is a Build A Bundle meant for those staying in a budget or for less coverage. For shoots, there are three different rates for each type of shoot I offer. I shoot just about everything so if you have something specific in mind you’d like me to photograph, go ahead and send me an email!


Question:

How the heck does this wedding booking process work?

Answer:

There is a super easy answer for what seems to be an overwhelming question. Let me break it down for you:

Step 1: Fill out the form on the Booking page after checking out the packages.

Step 2: You’ll get an email back from me letting you know if I am free for your date. If I am, let’s meet up or Skype!

Step 3: I ask for a 20% deposit and figure out if you need a payment plan. All payment securely done online.

It’s that simple! Just keep in contact with me or maybe we’ll get more comfortable by an engagement shoot. ;)

Your final payment is due 30 days before your wedding date. Day of we’ll chat bit to start and then I’ll dive in!


Question:

Can I book you if you don’t live near me? What are your travel fees?

Answer:

You most definitely can! Travel is my favorite. I go by car, train, and plane just about anywhere. No place is out of the question to ask about. There are even discount rates to my personal bucket list destinations. New dates are always being updated through the year so please reach out. I could already be coming near you. In that case, travel fees are waived. Make sure to keep up with my travel schedule on the Homepage. If you are booking for somewhere new, there is a set $600 fee for domestic travel. This covers everything - transportation, housing, and food. If you have a place for me to stay - great! You’ll get a discount! For international travel, fees vary. I try to keep it on a budget though!


Question:

How will I receive my images? Are RAW files included?

Answer:

All shoots receive high resolution JPGs, unless a wedding package is chosen with a USB included. Image galleries are emailed. Prints are available for purchase to be shipped to you through the gallery. Custom USBs are available for an additional charge of $200, shipping included. These are personally engraved that come in a personalized USB box. RAWs are not released to clients. I promise you do not want them though! I give you the best photos from the shoot and large enough files that are good for print and social media use. Editing is part of the process and style. :)

You do! I strongly recommend buying prints through the galleries I send you over the quality of Walmart. I offer more sizes and better quality. I just want the best for you to display! It is also easy to pick individual photos from the uploaded gallery to Add to Cart. You have all social media sharing rights and can print from any provider you decide. Please give proper credit to me when sharing and don’t be afraid to reach out if you’re not sure how to do so.

How many photos will be given and when will they be delivered?

Answer:

Unless it is a shoot (not wedding or elopement) with a pre-planned amount of photos, it is hard to give a solid number. Each wedding day is different. Some are shorter, some have more things going on. A typical shoot has a turnaround time of two weeks. Weddings and elopements have a turnaround of four to six weeks. You can expect between 300-500 for a wedding and 600-800 with a second shooter. AGAIN - this is estimated. You can get more or less!

Do you have a business license?

Answer:

Yeppers. Some venues ask for it and that’s totally alright. I have proof to give them. I also like to let venues know that I don’t have crazy lighting equipment that could possibly be in the way of other vendors.
