Erika + Sean | Atlanta Elopement, Georgia Aquarium

How does renting out the world’s largest aquarium to exchange vows sound to you? That’s what Erika and Sean did and asked me to be a part of it. You can only expect it to be as cool as it sounds.

and if you were wondering….yeah..it freaking was.

IN a dream with you

Typically this famous tube is crowded with everyone bumping into each other trying to get a good view. This time was a completely different aspect. Much more peaceful and we were really able to soak this in. I stepped back for them to have their moments in the stillness.

One of my favorite ladies in the industry happen to be ordaining which just made it even better.

There’s plenty of fish in the sea, but you’re the one for me

A quiet place to say “I do” with a large sea of critters watching…I mean seems fishy.

After the ceremony, our “backstage tour” began. It was awesome getting a personal tour that spoke about the animals, what they’re doing to protect them/their environment, and how the water works.

After the tour backstage we went on a mission to find the belugas. FOUND ‘EM. This one was playing with a blanket and showing it off to us. Thanks for the show, friend.

Then there was some penguin photobomb action.

This one might be my favorite photo of the day. A double exposure with the jellies.

Looked up to see a cute turtle floating on by.

In my head I can only think of Crush from Finding Nemo…”duuuuuddddde”

Did Sean hop in the line of children to the touch pool? Maybe…but why not!

Penguin photobomb action part ii. The penguin show in the lobby happened to be as we were heading out. People in the crowd even let us get closer for a better photo op. Unfortunately no touching of the penguins were allowed but it was still a happy accident to end our day with!
